I'm writing this review because of my 3 interactions I have had with Manny at this location on 3 separate days have all been 5 star experiences. Manny is polite, asks great questions and makes sure I have all of my questions or concerns answered. Its easy to spot when a company or organization just did training on customer service/experience, but you can also see when its engrained in them because they believe that is how it should be done.
