We got that resolved & then we started asking questions about possibly renewing with them. They were ALL (Julien, Jonathan & Emily) extremely helpful! They showed us all of our options & what we could do. We didn’t intend on going in to upgrade our phones but we did bc of their customer service. I am also a very indecisive person who doesn’t necessarily need all the top tier things but more so the bang for our buck type.
