“Update: after a visit with the retail store leadership, I was treated much differently than AT&T. AT&T hadn’t canceled the “early upgrade” options on the phones even thought I had asked specifically to do it. They are making things right and I truly felt like a customer whose voice mattered. Because of their actions I will return to this store and continue with AT&T!
Initial concern: Two different people who went in two different times to upgrade phones. Both verbally said we didn’t want the $10/month early upgrade program. Four phones paid for the early upgrade program for over 6 months. Customer service was able to credit two months. Will never go to this store again as they signed us up for the upgrade program without our permission!”

Such a knowledgeable friendly amazing representative. He was alone in the store helping 3 customers at once, juggling all our needs and questions like a pro. He greeted everyone that entered the store immediately even as he was helping all of us at the same time, so rare in todays world. I need to go back to ATT to get my tablet sorted, but Im waiting til Sunday, when Javi works!
