“I had a great experience at the AT&T store in Bountiful and wanted to recognize Rob for his outstanding help. He went above and beyond to get my internet service set up, especially after I'd run into issues elsewhere.
While helping me, he was juggling calls and questions from multiple locations, yet he still took the time to work through a credit verification issue and make sure everything was handled correctly. It was clear he was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping customers.

“Update: after a visit with the retail store leadership, I was treated much differently than AT&T. AT&T hadn’t canceled the “early upgrade” options on the phones even thought I had asked specifically to do it. They are making things right and I truly felt like a customer whose voice mattered. Because of their actions I will return to this store and continue with AT&T!
Initial concern: Two different people who went in two different times to upgrade phones. Both verbally said we didn’t want the $10/month early upgrade program. Four phones paid for the early upgrade program for over 6 months. Customer service was able to credit two months. Will never go to this store again as they signed us up for the upgrade program without our permission!”

She provided me with excellent service, she helped me resolve an issue on my account, and she sold me a great quality case for a reasonable price.
