“Joe’s Greenhouse brings back fond memories for me! My father would let us pick out flowers, veggies and herbs to plant every spring. As an adult, I would let my children pick out what they wanted to plant. The staff are welcoming and happy to assist. Someone is always able to answer questions or make suggestions. It’s also been a place to run into old friends and neighbors, catching up while picking out plants.”

“After using two B hyve Indoor/Outdoor timers successfully for a few years I decided to upgrade my Internet service. That required that I reconnect these two timers to my new WiFi network modem. What a disaster... nothing I tried would work.My attempts at contacting customer service were frustrating and the communication I did have with Orbit technical support, via text messaging, was of no help and ended very quickly.Through my own persistence and a whole lot of luck I finally did get in touch with a real person at Orbit who took the time to listen to the problem I was having. This kind man cared enough to take my case to others within the Orbit organization. By the end of the same day I had been contacted by a technical representative at Orbit who also went above and beyond what I would consider typical standard of care for a situation like mine... and I am well on my way to a solution.While the standard technical support system at Orbit may not be functioning efficiently right now, a company with employees who care as much as the two individuals that helped me today do, should be able to get things back on track.Thanks for your help today.”
