“I bought a B-Hyve faucet timer and it wouldn’t calculate the correct next start time. Each time I did a factory reset and reprogrammed it the next start time would calculate a random number that was incorrect. I must be lucky because my first call I had a very pleasant lady named Sern answer and she is very knowledgeable about the products. Together we tried troubleshooting the problem and she said it needs to be replaced. Sern gave me a code and when I put in the code when purchasing another it was free. I do wonder how well the timer is made and if I will have it happen again but if it does I will call again and have it replaced.”

From the cashiers up front being so friendly to jessica in the back helping us find a replacement for a near out of stock product and making the process of cutting wood entertaining rather than just a transaction, I’m a bit shocked at how much of a positive experience this whole trip was.
Hopefully Home Depot is taking care of these employees as great as they are taking care of customers.

“George was great. He didnt push a sale and took me through great advice to help me with my needs and understand where I was going in my woodworking needs. Its very difficult to find staff that actually care and make a difference. He didnt need to approach me, but after watching me struggle a while he helped without damaging my fragile ego. What a gem of an employee and a great home depot this is. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Emily also asked me for assistance, so proactive! Made it super friendly for a newbie”
“This review is about Home Depot online appliances and at the end, about the Home Depot store on 2100 S in Salt Lake City. First, their Online selection is great. They offer many brands, various styles, sizes and price ranges. My old washer failed, so during the sales I ordered a front-loading washer at a low price, not the cheapest. I owned 2 excellent Samsungs in the past. Home Depot had some nice washers so I ordered one. The delivery today came 25 minutes early. They emailed & phoned first; that helped. Carlos & Manuel finished installing it and removing the old washer in 45 minutes, which was good. They showed me the washer worked OK, also! After they left I washed a load of dirty clothes. The new washer cleaned them, with no water leak! Great service, great product! Secondly I like to buy things at the Home Depot at 345 W. 2100 S. It has a good garden section and a lot of the staff at the store are really helpful, so I give this HUGE store 5 Stars, too! I read some other reviews, and I agree, it CAN be hard to find an employee to answer a question, but I work at it & I always succeed. In contrast when I don't find something at the Home Depot on S. Highland Dr, they say, "Well, Home Depot 2100 South has it!"”
