The selection is small, but the quality of product and service and prices were amazing. They educated us on tree care and we knew we would be back for more. Just got a couple more trees and plants and we won’t be going anywhere else.”

“After using two B hyve Indoor/Outdoor timers successfully for a few years I decided to upgrade my Internet service. That required that I reconnect these two timers to my new WiFi network modem. What a disaster... nothing I tried would work.My attempts at contacting customer service were frustrating and the communication I did have with Orbit technical support, via text messaging, was of no help and ended very quickly.Through my own persistence and a whole lot of luck I finally did get in touch with a real person at Orbit who took the time to listen to the problem I was having. This kind man cared enough to take my case to others within the Orbit organization. By the end of the same day I had been contacted by a technical representative at Orbit who also went above and beyond what I would consider typical standard of care for a situation like mine... and I am well on my way to a solution.While the standard technical support system at Orbit may not be functioning efficiently right now, a company with employees who care as much as the two individuals that helped me today do, should be able to get things back on track.Thanks for your help today.”

They stored their shopping cart and the big orange cart outside in the snow, but other than that I have no issues with them.Everything was clean and organized, I was really impressed when the staff knew exactly where something was when I asked. The employee told me the exact aisle location on the shelf and pointed in the right direction.I’m very appreciative of people who know how to do this kind of stuff, and help me find the pieces that I need very quickly.
