Stuck in the dark, out in the middle of nowhere in Utah I was literally saved after blowing oil out of the bottom of my honda - Craig & Alan did incredible job, picking up the car with meticulous care for my belongings! I’m just passing through but this tow company was impeccable and ran by great people! Highly recommend

Alan was an absolute lifesaver and the kindest person we've come across on our visit to Utah. Our car sprung a bad oil leak on our way from Nebraska to California, and he was able to help get us out of a tough situation in an unfamiliar area. He was responsive and available when we had questions as we worked with AAA, and got us where we needed to go. He went the extra mile in so many ways, making sure we got to the repair shop and lodging, and making great conversation to put our minds at ease over our situation. Great man, great service, total class act. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for the help!

Gentleman answering call was great. Worked the insurance company mileage, once getting to Shell station he connected with shop owners and got me serviced really quick. He knew the area, he knew the business owners and 5 star start to finish.

My wife and I were retuning home after being with grand kids for 2 months and decided to visit Bryce Canyon. Just before we got to our planned stop we got an error message on our vehicles dash saying to pull over. It ended up being something that required service so we were put in touch with American Towing Service. It was the best experience we have had dealing with a roadside vehicle problem. Craig and Alan were very prompt to get in touch with us and come to our rescue. They were very friendly and went the extra mile to help us with our vehicle and get us to where we were staying. They turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience for us. We would highly recommend the team from American Towing.

Wow, that was a quick response truck. I had a very unexpected breakdown, but I'm in a better mood after the quick and friendly driver got us home faster than other companies have in the past.

Our new car doesn't come with a spare tire? What do you do when your heading back to so cal and get stranded in the middle of nowhere on hwy 89 with a blown tire? Call American Towing Service (ATS)! Alan was a great help and made our bad situation, pleasant! We got lucky contacting Alan @ ATS, after AAA app failed and we kept getting disconnected with AAA, we called ATS and spoke with Alan who helped us. We explain our situation and Alain assisted with contacting AAA, He called ahead to the tire store service station and had a tire waiting for us prior to arriving. It seemed like we were in a Nascar race and ATS was the pit crew chef, once he got our car off the tow truck, the tire was changed and we were on our way. All this happened on a Sunday afternoon and best of all, All the charges were fair from all parties, we do not feel we were gouged! Thank you Alan & ATS

Craig was a lifesaver when our car broke down in Utah. He arrived quickly, helped us store the vehicle safely, and even coordinated with the shipping company to get it transported back to our home. He went above and beyond with professionalism, kindness, and clear communication. We’re incredibly grateful and cannot recommend Craig and American Towing Service enough!

This man will turn your bad day around! Our electric car had some weird coolant issues and Alan was nothing but helpful. We were trying to trek back to CA but the universe had other plans. I could not be more grateful for his good vibes. This man makes lemonade out of lemons thank you Alan for all your help! Ps pro tip I AAA is trying to charge you $10/ mile don’t do it call this man instead!!!!!!!!!

If you need a tow, please do yourself a favor and call Alan. He went above and beyond for us not only to get us out of a horrible situation but make sure we were safe! He did not have to take his truck down a horrible 13 mile dirt road to save us but he did. Then, he didn’t have to call all his friends to find a replacement part for my truck when the destination we originally planned was closed but he did! He was so kind, put himself into harms way to literally save our lives as we were stranded on a mountain. Alan, I thank god today he sent us you! You are an amazing person and everything you did today will be remembered!

Alan is an awesome guy (owner). This man drove to us for 5 hours. My buddy’s Toyota has a key fob to start and access the vehicle. Well we went on a 3 mile hike and the key fob fell off somewhere along the trail. Alan drove what should have been 3 hours but was a total of 5 because it was pitch black on Boulder Mountain. He is now taking us back to Panguitch and it’s now 9:30. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you so much Alan, you saved our fishing trip.

We were attempting to head to Denver from Bryce Canyon at 3:30AM when a deer decided we were leaving the area yet, and left us with a busted transmission fluid line making the SUV dead in the water. This was a rental from Enterprise so I called them and they arranged everything, then informed me that it would have to be towed 2.5 hours to St George (wrong direction from Denver so a 5 hour delay at the least). At first Enterprise said I needed to get an Uber to go to the airport to get my replacement, but then Uber informed me no one was serving that area. I then asked Enterprise if we could ride with the tow truck and they said that was up to the driver. All of that to lead up to our introduction to Alan from American Towing and he was amazing! If there is a such thing as an awesome experience while being towed, this was it. Alan got the Wagoneer L safely loaded (largest SUV possible) even with the transmission acting crazy, then he also gave us a ride to the airport when Enterprise (5 mins away) instead made us go to the airport (20 mins away) in order to pick up the replacement. Bottom line, I can’t imagine a tow truck experience that could end up as fun and stress free as this.
