Scam! They told me$150 was a "deposit" and when I returned the truck on time with a full tank of gas I would be refunded. They ended up charging me for extra insurance and never refunded me. Pay the extra money to get a uhaul. At least you won't get scammed out of more money.

What a contrast to my pick up experience (at a different location). They were friendly and helpful. I could not have had a smoother drop off experience.
