Got my hitch installed by Benjamin. It was a very complicated install on my van. He installed trailer a brake controller and battery Charger to pull my trailer. Very communicative, despite taking a bit longer than anticipated. Would recommend to others.

The staff was excellent with my visit today. Benjamin tried his hardest to take the ball off my hitch so I could rotate it to the higher side. And after I purchased an adapter for the lights to work on my new car with the trailer I have, he offered to install it for free.
