“They need more variety in the storefront! I understand they could order any tool into the store for you, but at that point it’s cheaper, faster, and more convenient to just Amazon/ebay. Besides, I want to touch and feel how the tool functions before I buy it, rather than look at a picture of it on a screen. And what if I needed it right then and there, which is why i’d go to a brick and mortar like Herrick? But Five stars because the staff is always super friendly and helpful, and I want to help this small local business, located in the heart of Ogden’s industrial district, flourish into a place with a larger storefront.”
“I needed a part for a drinking fountain, though this location didn’t have it in stock they shipped it from another store. When I picked it up, I initially thought I had ordered the wrong part, a man named Daniel helped me out. He took extra time to pull up the drawing on the drinking fountain, and helped me verify the part they shipped was correct (just looked differently) and was the one I needed. He was patient, and helpful. Him taking another 10 minutes out of his day to help verify the part saved me A LOT of travel time back and forth. Very nice man and awesome service!”

“I purchased a 40 volt Ryobi weed whacker. The twine broke off and I had to take apart the head to access the broken off twine. I could not lock the head back on. I took it to the tool rental and a gentleman helped me lock it back in. I have rented equipment in the past and always excellent service. 5 star service.”
