“I purchased a 40 volt Ryobi weed whacker. The twine broke off and I had to take apart the head to access the broken off twine. I could not lock the head back on. I took it to the tool rental and a gentleman helped me lock it back in. I have rented equipment in the past and always excellent service. 5 star service.”

I take issue, sometimes, with the lack of choices for certain items I need. Most times, what they have there is what I need; other times, I struggle to find options for what I'm looking for.
