“They need more variety in the storefront! I understand they could order any tool into the store for you, but at that point it’s cheaper, faster, and more convenient to just Amazon/ebay. Besides, I want to touch and feel how the tool functions before I buy it, rather than look at a picture of it on a screen. And what if I needed it right then and there, which is why i’d go to a brick and mortar like Herrick? “I needed a part for a drinking fountain, though this location didn’t have it in stock they shipped it from another store. When I picked it up, I initially thought I had ordered the wrong part, a man named Daniel helped me out. He took extra time to pull up the drawing on the drinking fountain, and helped me verify the part they shipped was correct (just looked differently) and was the one I needed. He was patient, and helpful. Him taking another 10 minutes out of his day to help verify the part saved me A LOT of travel time back and forth. Very nice man and awesome service!”

“This store is awesome! So many things, like so many! You can find literally anything here. The employees are super kind. They were extremely helpful and all smiles. Not one seemed annoyed or irritated and I even came close to closing. They didn't rush me or anything. I will be visiting this place again. I came for a delivery package that was taken here and it was a super simple process! You just got to the service counter, it's in the middle of the store kinda. They get the tracking info from you and grab your package. I grabbed some cute golf keys for my coworkers and they were super cheap, even having them cut. Which was also a super quick process. They have lots of Nebo items! and pretty much anything you can think of, that you might need around the house. I can't remember the cashier's name, a cute young man with long hair in a ponytail, he had gorgeous eyes and was super sweet. Rodney is the one who helped me at the service desk and with my keys, he has a gorgeous smile! And I also spoke with a very sweet girl that was working with beautiful long brown hair. They were all very friendly, gorgeous people working there! I recommend you stop here if you live near by or need anything for your home and don't mind driving out to Plain City! It's not far from the 2700 n freeway exit!”
“Bought some Pittsburgh(?) clamps for woodworking, they are fantastic. However, the pads leave a stain on wood. Cleaned up ok with isopropyl alcohol and some sanding. Now know to use scraps”

“I tried to complete the survey but the id number was cut off my receipt, but I wanted to complement Martin manzo from the garden dept and Jodie from the appliance dept. Martin helped me select a snow blower, as I had no idea about them because being from So. California where we have no snow. Martin was very knowledgeable and professional. Jodi was instrumental in getting the paperwork done and they made a great team and got my snow blower delivered the next day. I hope someone at lowes sees this and gives these folks a deserved well done”
