“I came to the UPS store in Clinton, Utah with three packages and a phone that was dying. Derek helped me. It took a long time because I did not have the labels printed for the three packages. I wanted to print them out at the store but my phone was dying. Derek was very patient while I tried to sign in to my gmail account to print out the labels. Gmail's security settings kept sending approval or denial options to my dying phone. Then my phone died. Derek patiently helped me recharge my phone with his cable and eventually helped me print my labels. After so much help and patience, I think Derek deserves a reward from UPS for going above and beyond in his job.”
“They literally saved the day. When all other printers were closed (July 3rd) I contacted them at 10am and was able to get two 8 foot long banners ready by 5pm the same day. Quality is great! 100% recommend them!!”

“I have been involved with preparing for a large family reunion. This involved preparing name tags for over 200 people, assembling registration packets, creating a large banner (4'x6'), and printing door signs. We brought all our printing projects to fed ex office in Layton. I cannot express enough what a fabulous job Luke, Hunter and the rest of the staff did in helping us with our needs .
