“Can’t ask for much better hospitality and kindness from this tractor supply everyone on the shift was awesome here and beyond kind to let us stay in their lot for the night. Definitely walked in and bought some goods and show the appreciation. Hopefully more stores can be the same way around town. Got pushed off the highway due to the storm sell RV trailers where not safe they where beyond welcoming.

“I had a very complicated order of 14 gallons of paint today, all different colors, and not all the bases we had planned on were available. The paint department did an outstanding job assisting me with this order and had everything done in about half an hour once the order was submitted, even with the unexpected changes. During checkout, the associate overseeing the self checkouts, Callie, was SO helpful. She went above and beyond in helping me process the order. When I had a question she did not have the information to answer, she made a point to track it down for me and saved me a lot of money. She was kind and friendly throughout the process, an excellent example of customer service.

“Sam was the best!! His knowledge and personal skills were the best. I was purchasing a roller for a outside painting project. After selecting the happy-purple-colored one, I had another question that wasn't in his department. He knew the answer and pointed me into the right direction.

“I had an issue with item delivered. Received amazing customer service all around. From person at phone center, to store manager and costumer service at location. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm not a huge fan of box stores, but with home renovations, you kind of gotta.

“Will Home Depot this is the store I go to before any they usually have what I need I've had no problems with the people asking questions finding what I needed I just wish they had one closer to me I would trade it for my Lowe's work any day and if you need some check it out online their online seems to work really well what's in stock or find out you know they can order it and ship it to you or pick it up there”

“Two employees went out of their way to help me out. I sadly lost my receipt so I couldn't fill out any survey to get them the kudos they deserve. Lisa at the pro desk and a gentleman named Troy took the time to help me find creative solutions to a problem. Both seemed excited to help. Lisa was able to juggle a few customers in the process and Troy checked in with me as I was checking out to make sure I had everything sorted. I hope someone in charge makes sure those two are recognized for their great customer service.”
