“We recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator. After getting it home and unpacking it, we noticed a dent in the front stainless door. We returned to the store the following day to see what our options were. The return desk got the store manager George. After hearing our issue he was very apologetic and took care of us better than we expected. He offered us a discount and delivery and pickup of the damaged one. We purchased a new refrigerator and are currently waiting delivery. Sales associates like Alex and management like George made our experience worthwhile. Greatly appreciated.”

“My Carhartt Synthetic leather fencing gloves have lasted for over 10 miles of fix and repair barbed wire fence work over a four week period. Normally I have holes and something tearing within a day or two. Nothing they’ve got on their shelf will outlast these gloves and I officially endorse them. This is my official work glove they are double reinforced in the palm and the spot right there on your thumb where barbed wire likes to puncture. Besides being a little dirty there is barely signs of work. I’m amazed. I’ll buy a pair for each of the guys.”

“I was trying to find some more complex anchors that I didn't really know much about. And Nevin from the garden department was assigned in that area, and he didn't stop until I was helped. He figured things out, even though it wasn't in his area of expertise. So shout out to Nevin!”

“Went to Lowe’s Clinton location and was help by Steve in the lawn and garden department. He was extremely helpful and directed me where to go and then helped load my mulch into my truck. Had to make 2 runs and helped out both times. It’s people like Steve that keep me coming back to Lowe’s over Home Depot”
