From the moment you walk in, the team works quickly while still making sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of. Even during busy times when there is a line at the front, the wait time is surprisingly short because the staff stay organized, attentive, and efficient.
One employee who truly stood out was Will. He was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. He took the time to answer questions clearly, explain different options, and make sure everything was done correctly. His customer service skills made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who is both technically skilled and genuinely caring toward customers.
I especially appreciate how much they helped me with designing and printing vouchers. They guided me through the process, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure the final product looked professional and exactly how I wanted. What could have been a confusing or frustrating task became simple and smooth because of their assistance and expertise.
The store itself feels organized, welcoming, and customer-focused. The combination of quick service, knowledgeable staff, and excellent customer care makes this place stand out from others. “GREAT, we tried to get my fingerprints done at the north ogden ups 2 days in a row with no success, we came here and everyone had warned us that they would be no help, and their customer service was bad. We came in got started and yet again my fingerprints weren't being accepted. The sweet girl working Nikke came over and knew right what to do, within the next five minutes all my of my fingerprints were accepted! she was so kind, and helpful :)”

“I came to the UPS store in Clinton, Utah with three packages and a phone that was dying. Derek helped me. It took a long time because I did not have the labels printed for the three packages. I wanted to print them out at the store but my phone was dying. Derek was very patient while I tried to sign in to my gmail account to print out the labels. Gmail's security settings kept sending approval or denial options to my dying phone. Then my phone died. Derek patiently helped me recharge my phone with his cable and eventually helped me print my labels. After so much help and patience, I think Derek deserves a reward from UPS for going above and beyond in his job.”
