“Avi was helpful, patient and kind with me and my hefty number of packages. He kept conversation light, even cracked a few jokes making it much less stressful than I anticipated. Brendan and Gage chimed in with some funny jokes, kept my packages moving to the back to keep things clear, unless chaotic all while assisting other customers. “I came to the UPS store in Clinton, Utah with three packages and a phone that was dying. Derek helped me. It took a long time because I did not have the labels printed for the three packages. I wanted to print them out at the store but my phone was dying. Derek was very patient while I tried to sign in to my gmail account to print out the labels. Gmail's security settings kept sending approval or denial options to my dying phone. Then my phone died. Derek patiently helped me recharge my phone with his cable and eventually helped me print my labels. After so much help and patience, I think Derek deserves a reward from UPS for going above and beyond in his job.”
