“I’ve been to multiple FedEx locations and this one, like the others, is top notch! I called before going in and Noah was very knowledgeable of the different options they could provide for me. When I went in Noah instantly got everything that we had talked about on the phone ready. Very quick and easy process! The posters I printed are high quality and have been used as gifts. I went in again months later and Noah again went above and beyond recognizing me, setting me up with the same materials I had used the previous time and even had to chase me out into the parking lot to return my flash drive I’d accidentally left! Super impressed with the customer service here!”
“The staff here are incredibly efficient and professional when it comes to processing returns and assisting with technical issues. From the moment you walk in, the team works quickly while still making sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of. Even during busy times when there is a line at the front, the wait time is surprisingly short because the staff stay organized, attentive, and efficient.
One employee who truly stood out was Will. He was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. He took the time to answer questions clearly, explain different options, and make sure everything was done correctly. His customer service skills made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who is both technically skilled and genuinely caring toward customers.
I especially appreciate how much they helped me with designing and printing vouchers. They guided me through the process, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure the final product looked professional and exactly how I wanted. What could have been a confusing or frustrating task became simple and smooth because of their assistance and expertise.
The store itself feels organized, welcoming, and customer-focused. The combination of quick service, knowledgeable staff, and excellent customer care makes this place stand out from others. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with printing, returns, or technical support. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a great impression on me.
They do everything like Passport photos, lamination, business cards, customized photos…etc. Almost a one stop shop.

“GREAT, we tried to get my fingerprints done at the north ogden ups 2 days in a row with no success, we came here and everyone had warned us that they would be no help, and their customer service was bad. We came in got started and yet again my fingerprints weren't being accepted. “My go to place for all my printing needs. Latest visit blew me away because of Stacey. She really went above and beyond. I was with my grandson and, to keep him calmed and focused, she gave him some bubble wrap to pop for distraction. That was really sweet and nice of her to do that. She also helped me decide on the most economical and practical way to laminate some learning materials for my grandson. Customer service at this location is beyond superb. Thank you!!”

“I had to drop off a package to be scanned and this was closer than the one off of wall. There was a bit of a wait but the man that helped us was very friendly and helpful. Nothing monumental happened but I was grateful that everything went smoothly and felt that i should acknowledge it after the poor ratings here.”
“I'm biased because I have family members who are long time workers with FedEx -25 years and 10 years with FedEx - I've never had a problem with sending items that needed to be returned back to the Seller or office needs. Always been a good experience”
“I use fedex about once a week to every two weeks for school and work. This location however is the worst I've ever been to. One of the women at the counter ignored us for 20 minutes. It just doesn't look good to ignore brown people in a predominantly white state. She also charged me $7 to print out one piece of paper. I paid for it but she turned me away from the area. We eat out a lot and collect toys. But because of this lady our business is going online instead of the town. Otherwise I'd already have dropped by that heebeegeebeez.”

“I came to the UPS store in Clinton, Utah with three packages and a phone that was dying. Derek helped me. It took a long time because I did not have the labels printed for the three packages. I wanted to print them out at the store but my phone was dying. Derek was very patient while I tried to sign in to my gmail account to print out the labels. Gmail's security settings kept sending approval or denial options to my dying phone. Then my phone died. Derek patiently helped me recharge my phone with his cable and eventually helped me print my labels. After so much help and patience, I think Derek deserves a reward from UPS for going above and beyond in his job.”
