“I came to the UPS store in Clinton, Utah with three packages and a phone that was dying. Derek helped me. It took a long time because I did not have the labels printed for the three packages. I wanted to print them out at the store but my phone was dying. Derek was very patient while I tried to sign in to my gmail account to print out the labels. Gmail's security settings kept sending approval or denial options to my dying phone. Then my phone died. Derek patiently helped me recharge my phone with his cable and eventually helped me print my labels. After so much help and patience, I think Derek deserves a reward from UPS for going above and beyond in his job.”

“Tyler J was very helpful along with the rest of the staff at FedEx Office on 36th and Harrison BLVD in getting my business cards printed. I was so relieved. He explained a few options to choose from and I chose to go with hundred pound stock. I was happy with their 24 hour turn around time. Thanks for the good service I will be back.”

“Avi was helpful, patient and kind with me and my hefty number of packages. He kept conversation light, even cracked a few jokes making it much less stressful than I anticipated. Brendan and Gage chimed in with some funny jokes, kept my packages moving to the back to keep things clear, unless chaotic all while assisting other customers. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the second I walked in, to leaving with a smile on my face! Avi keep up the good work…I’ll be back!”

“I had an amazing experience with the service and quality of the print products I ordered. I ordered 2 18x24 posters to be printed for my sons 18th birthday gift. The paper was good thick quality and the matt finish printing was brilliant. I placed the order online and it was ready the next day. The staff at the Riverdale store were super friendly and found my order super quick. Thank you Staples Riverdale - I will continue to use your services and store.”

“I have been involved with preparing for a large family reunion. This involved preparing name tags for over 200 people, assembling registration packets, creating a large banner (4'x6'), and printing door signs. We brought all our printing projects to fed ex office in Layton. I cannot express enough what a fabulous job Luke, Hunter and the rest of the staff did in helping us with our needs . They were very attentive to the smallest details and patient with our requests. We were in competent hands! I will always take any large or small printing needs to FedEx Office! Thank you so much!”

“I forget her full name because it's so unique & beautiful, it starts with Syn... but she's clerk #11 for the USPS folks that see this. She has been there for years and has been putting smiles on all of our faces. Everybody goes through hard times, but you would never know it with her. Is she is just the sweetest but all of them are. They are really all good people, they try to move the lines along, the place is always clean and everybody is super helpful!”

“I'm biased because I have family members who are long time workers with FedEx -25 years and 10 years with FedEx - I've never had a problem with sending items that needed to be returned back to the Seller or office needs. Always been a good experience”

“I use fedex about once a week to every two weeks for school and work. This location however is the worst I've ever been to. One of the women at the counter ignored us for 20 minutes. It just doesn't look good to ignore brown people in a predominantly white state. She also charged me $7 to print out one piece of paper. I paid for it but she turned me away from the area. We eat out a lot and collect toys. But because of this lady our business is going online instead of the town. Otherwise I'd already have dropped by that heebeegeebeez.”

“I had to drop off a package to be scanned and this was closer than the one off of wall. There was a bit of a wait but the man that helped us was very friendly and helpful. Nothing monumental happened but I was grateful that everything went smoothly and felt that i should acknowledge it after the poor ratings here.”

“So convenient to have this location here on base for our military members and us civilians. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Considering she unloads trucks by herself and has to also work at the Clearfield location during the same shift, Johnny does an amazing job! Keep up the great work!”

“I've come to this location to send at least a few packages out from time to time. But yesterday was an exception due to a last-minute submission of a box that I was trying to get pushed out, and I had Alisha's help when it came to getting it turned in before the timer ran out and the shutters came down. So, I appreciate her patience and friendly service when it came to accepting my last-minute box to go!”

“I’ve had consistently great experiences at the Ogden Post Office. The staff here are friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful—whether I’m mailing something simple or dealing with a more complicated shipment, they always take the time to make sure everything is done right. The lines move efficiently, the lobby is clean and organized, and the team treats every customer with respect. What really stands out is their professionalism. They’re quick to offer guidance on the best shipping options, and they handle busy times with calm, steady service. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in serving the community. If you need reliable mailing or shipping services in Ogden, this post office is a solid choice. Highly recommended.”

“Had trouble with an address due to a foreign shipping company excluding the unit number before handing it off to USPS. Went here and Rosemary took care of it right away. Getting straight to the point and providing exceptional customer service along the way. I have problems with the carrier, but on this occasion the service was excellent.”
