When I went in Noah instantly got everything that we had talked about on the phone ready. Very quick and easy process! The posters I printed are high quality and have been used as gifts. I went in again months later and Noah again went above and beyond recognizing me, setting me up with the same materials I had used the previous time and even had to chase me out into the parking lot to return my flash drive I’d accidentally left! Super impressed with the customer service here!”

“I had problems with Amber she had charged me 90$ dollars more than what I needed to pay. She seemed completely disinterested in her job. While helping us she was distracted with what I’m assuming was not work related as it look like she was cutting out a makeshift sticker. We came back in to do a return and she just had a very off putting attitude both times and had a headphone on whilst helping customers. We were then helped by Brooke and raean I think her name was. They were very helpful figured the problem out and were very sweet.”

“There was no other customers when I went around 4:00/4:30 pm on a Wednesday. The young man was super helpful and nice but the middle aged lady was rude and acted like me using some of their tape was coming directly out of her paycheck or something. The building was really clean and the small parking lot was nice enough considering the location. Also, I only had a photo of my shipping label and the young man just had me email him a copy and he was able to print it off and taped it to my package for me.”

Most the time I've already paid for postage, but when I haven't they have always been patient and talked me through different options and pricing.They don't set the prices at the location, so can't complain if something costs more than you wanted to spend to mail it.”

“Feb7: Prints are beautiful and done quickly. But the most recent time I used their print services I only received half my prints. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home. “This is the only post office on base, and it is located on the east side. There are various mailbox scattered throughout the base as well, but this is the only one that has PO Boxes and with staff. The building itself was quite small, and although they use the USPS branding throughout, but it is actually operated under MPSA (Military Postal Service Agency), which is an extension of USPS for the DoD. I believe mails sent through MPSA do receive some additional screening for security purposes, since they sometime get delivery by military cargos. They also do not use the standard white USPS postal truck here, but rather a dark blue version from MPSA. They do not have UPS or FedEx boxes here as well. Aside from that, all of the mails and packages I sent through this place seem to arrive at the same time as they would have sent from off base postal offices. They do take breaks midday due to limited staffing usually from 12-2p. The shipping supplies here were limited as well.”

“I use fedex about once a week to every two weeks for school and work. This location however is the worst I've ever been to. One of the women at the counter ignored us for 20 minutes. It just doesn't look good to ignore brown people in a predominantly white state. She also charged me $7 to print out one piece of paper. I paid for it but she turned me away from the area. We eat out a lot and collect toys. But because of this lady our business is going online instead of the town. Otherwise I'd already have dropped by that heebeegeebeez.”

“I've had to deal with this Post Office two times in the last 60 days...both times, from long distance.I have to tell you, in a time where we rarely hear anything good about the Post Office, the crew here are fabulous.The office staff is always friendly when I stop in up in to conduct business in person. “The staff at the counter are very helpful. Lynette, Sheryl, Enrique and Rosemary are all fantastic and so patient. I also have dealt with Ellie and Nicole, also terrific. 5 Stars for them. But I must comment that our actual mail delivery is a nightmare. Jorge is a real piece of work,lazy as a sloth. He doesn't want to get out of his vehicle EVER! AND LEAVES A NOTE in my box to pick up packages at the post office if they don't fit in my box. I've taken his notes in to show staff, but he's apparently Union so he can be a jerk. So I know the other staff because his lazy and careless delivery cause me to go get my mail so often.”
