“Quite honestly the best shopping experience I've had. Shoutout to Rachel for helping me put together an outfit for my brother-in-law's upcoming wedding. I'm not used to having such a positive experience when clothes shopping, but she was so encouraging and supportive and helpful. It made me a little emotional. I wish my younger self had a Rachel when I was clothes shopping as a teenager.The styles in store are great, the selection of sizes are amazing, it's like a little slice of heaven tucked away.(I can't wait to come back and get a flannel or two for fall!)”

“Went to return amazon, no line and the lady was very friendly. As I was leaving about five people got in line. I heard a customer complaining as you walked up to the counter about having to walk so much further for the returns. The lady behind the counter explained that phone reception was much better back there to help aid in her returns, she said it with a smile.”

Not only did he check in on me while I was shopping, but he checked in on all the customers in the store as well.
