I went in on Black Friday 2025, and had some returns. Becky & Hailey were the best! Helpful, patient, and even signed me up for a Kohl's Card to add 40% off to my purchase! I would return to shop at this store just because of Becky & Hailey.

We really like this Kohls. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. The dressing rooms are nice and big too. Big parking lot that is convenient as well. We take advantage of the Amazon returns here too and that's an added bonus.
