“We were traveling across I-80 and needed a place to stay that was clean and value-oriented. We have stayed at the Holiday Hills Best Western about five years ago and remember the stay being a good one. We decided to give it another shot and Mark, who checked us in, was stellar in everything he did for us. He made sure we got a room that was what we expected. The next morning at breakfast he worked hard to make sure the buffet was set up and was clean. He was cleaning tables throughout the breakfast area and he had already worked, I believe, a double shift at that point. This guy works hard.”
“This place is amazing - so special in every way. It is set on the most beautiful grounds in the middle of nature, the rooms are all spectacular, the spa is amazing, the food is excellent, etc. Most importantly, the service could not be better and the entire hotel team is so kind and helpful. Can't wait to come back!”
