“This is a great place, especially when you have to do as many returns as I've had to the past few months. The staff are what makes this UPS location a cut above the rest. They are very helpful, kind and accommodating. A special thank you to Kevin at this location, who over the course of a few weeks has helped me out with the following: when my card didn't work he was kind enough to help with the printer fee, another time he went through the extra hassle to try and adjust my returns to save me the most money, most recently, he came outside and helped me bring in a multiple large scale packages while i was struggling to get them over the curb, and so on and so forth. Highly recommend coming here if you want the least amount of hassle and appreciate some awesome staff members helping you out with mundane tasks. 5 stars!”

Years ago I had subpar service at UPS and have avoided all the stores ever since. I entered the store today with a negative attitude and low expectations. I was honestly blown away by the customer service today!

“The staff is always very courteous and helpful. Last time I went in, they couldn’t open my file to print for me. I wished the gal that was doing it understood that you guys can’t open pages. The next day I came back with a different disk same thing but then they told me that they can’t open pages so I had to come back a third time. But they are courteous and helpful and I would recommend that Store to anybody.”

Update 07/31/2024 I like to apologize for the bad review and update it. Amazon has a new return policy and now takes 2 weeks to receive a refund. This is not UPS fault.”
“Honestly, I really love this UPS store and I have to go there often. It’s my closest location and the girl that always seems to be working there is super helpful and goes above and beyond. One time I didn’t realize that one of my Amazon returns needed to be packaged and she just tossed me an old Amazon box she had and taped it up for me and we were good to go. Definitely go the extra mile and seem like they actually wanna help you get the thing done.”
