Wasn’t given packaging options, wasn’t given box size options and shipping options. I was told bubble wrap and craft paper is the same price… not possible. They used a much bigger box than what could’ve been used so my shipping cost went up as well…

The UPS store in Taylorsville UT is clean, organized with helpful, respectful and friendly staff. Line kinda long close to closing time but everyone waited patiently. I Highly recommend this UPS store. Thank You UPS store employees for a wonderful experience.
