“This is a wonderful place to take your fur babies for a bath. Tubs are nice and big, water is warm, verity of shampoo and conditioner options. They provide nice clean towels and the blow dryer work great. Only thing they can add to improve is having some deshedding tools and brushes. Other than that, you will be happy at this place. (Besides you will have dog hair all over you from your dog lol)”

“Best self-wash pet spa I've ever used!Shout out to Tucker and Sophie for being so helpful and accommodating!The tubs are very spacious, everything impeccably clean and open, and the soap/water system is amazing with the hoses. Never seen that anywhere else and is much less messy and more efficient.My date and I showed up a little past final bath time before closing with two muddy dogs from a soggy day at the park. They very kindly let us do a speed bath and it was so appreciated as we were new. Will be back many times for sure. 10/10.”

“I was recommended this place by an experienced canine behaviorist I hired to work with my puppy. I’ve just done a few sessions of puppy play and the first puppy class, and I have to say this place is amazing! It is clean and I trust the staff with my puppy (which is saying a lot since I am kind of over-protective and nervous). I love that they’re positive reinforcement-focused and am grateful for their interactions with my puppy. They got to know her quickly and are helping her learn to interact since she is a herding pup and can get pretty nippy during play. They’re great and have earned my trust and loyalty!”

I needed help and the worker took me to the isle where the products was and helped me find exactly what I was looking for he showed me multiple products and was knowledgeable about each one or he faked it pretty good. “First time visiting, and I walked out with a puppy.Knowledgeable, friendly staff who were happy to answer all my questions.My fiance and I have a dog at home. They offered us the opportunity to bring our dog there to see how he would do with a puppy.Upon purchase, they gifted us the same dog food our puppy had been eating. They told us to mix it with the food we wanted to start her on to help her stomach.Puppy was up to date on shots. I do have to take her back for another one soon, which is discounted and administered by the certified veterinarian there.Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would buy a puppy and/or older dog from there again.”

“We love Ma & Paws! They use quality ingredients for their treats and their staff are always helpful. Our dog has a sensitive stomach and we were struggling with him not liking the food the vet suggested. (Very picky husky problems.) The staff at Ma and Paw's listened to our concerns and suggested specific food and probiotics to help his tummy. We haven't had any problems since and the picky eater has no complaints! We tried out their new dog wash stations today and we were pleasantly surprised by how easy everything was! We loved that we didn't have to break out backs trying to wash the dog in the bathtub, and it made it even better that they have the professional blow dryers that got the job done. An added plus was the shampoo options, towels, brushes, and aprons all on hand! Definitely a great addition to a stellar business.”

“This Petsmart went above my expectations before the winter holidays. I made an appointment for one of my dogs to have a bath, as I was unable to bathe them as I normally do. They called to cancel the appointment because the groomer had an accident and had to leave work. However, my father was already on the way there with my dog, as I had just broken my leg the week before. Luckily, they managed to fit my dog in for a bath while they were missing one groomer. It was so helpful to have them bathe my dog before Christmas! We have visited this same Petsmart at other times and have had some great service from some of the workers here while wandering around the aisles looking for new toys, treats, or beds. Great location right off of 215.”

We always discuss his cut at drop off and she calls before making any changes before proceeding. I love that she keeps us updated with tips and tricks on managing his matting too! I love that she keeps him looking more true to a Bernese vs. a poodle type cut. I can say enough positive things about her technique and skill set in her area of expertise.”
