“The people are that run this place are so nice they make me suspicious. In my experience the towing/collision industry is prone to abuse, since the 'customers' are typically not there by choice. But the people here were so kind and patient with all my questions, and when my jack was sinking into the 100F gravel lot (I was trying to put on a spare) they came out to help without me even asking. The lovely lady at the front desk even explained to me, she likes her job because she can be there for people on their worst day.I just can't even with these people. Must be a long con.”

“Well, they didn't have what I needed, but Amber worked very hard to get me something that I could use. I couldn't have finished the project without her help.”

“Gordon saved me big time. My car got stranded in Delta on my way to California as I was moving for a job. Without knowing me he lent his truck trailer and allowed it do go 1500 miles. He then stayed I didn’t have to pay him. True gentleman. Thank you again.”

“This is my second time working with Brady he is the awesome. By far the best customer service I’ve had when purchasing a vehicle. The buying process was super easy and painless. I ordered the truck with Brady and luckily he went through and double checked everything knowing what I wanted and fixed the mistake I had made when placing the order ended up getting what I wanted. Thank you so much the Brady and the team at Droubay.”
