Brynn and James were excellent! They were so kind and helpful when it came to trading in my phone! They even went above and beyond with putting my screen protector on that I bought off of amazon. Bonus - I found out that Brynn even taught himself Spanish while working at AT&T just so he could help a wider pool of people.

Very pleasant experience compared to another AT&T store near me. Will definitely be going to that location again!!
