“This place is awesome! My phone got wet on a trip and I was wanting to salvage the photos. We went to two Apple stores and received zero help, they all said the memories were gone. They didn’t even look at the phone and were really dismissive and couldn’t have cared less about us. Everything was the opposite here. Dan was super helpful and thorough. He went over options and made sure we had everything they needed to take care of it. Sophie was the only tech working but did a great job recovering all of the data. Apple told us it was lost, but here they actually listened and saved the day. I have always gone to Apple for issues, but it is clear that here they not only care more about their service, but know more than the Apple “Genius” Bar. Even though they were short staffed, they gave us amazing service! I would recommend them to anyone! Fair prices too!”

“Enrique and Idalia helped me resolve some issues with a horrible experience I had at a different AT&T store. I learned I was working with was a 3rd party vendor. I just thought all AT&T stores were the same. I was switching my whole family from Verizon to AT&T and I know now I would have received a better deal, service & transparency if I would have initially gone to this corporate store at fashion place. Although I am still being charged on my initial bill for devices I ended up returning and shouldn't be charged for, I am grateful for Enrique and Idalia for making a frustrating and horrible experience a little smoother in the end. Pinky however made that entire process very easy and explained every single thing every speck of the new phones and every spec with my phone that I chose. He said NO if you are here, I will help you. He worked through some challenges with his current customer and gave them 100% of his attention until finished. “Just spoke with Nate the manager of the store just as I was finishing being serviced by Wes and had to explain in certainty how phenomenal of an employee Wes is and how I believe he deserves a raise not only because he did such a great job but because I have the experience in customer service myself of about 3 years and I helped improve training for Geek Squad and AT&T Advanced Tech Support so I definitely have the experience to declare this young man deserves a raise if you want to make sure Verizon is spot on with customer service. I was blown away by his age, I assumed youthful by appearance but vastly experienced by knowledge and ability.If you're looking for a phone that's right for you, Wes is the best to ask and exceeded my expectations above and beyond. I don't always leave a review, but when I do it's for a significant reason to ensure my community is granted prevalent feedback for customer service. It was a dream I accomplished when I was younger to work for the companies I mentioned above but it was all phone service, I couldn't imagine how difficult it would be to be well dressed each and everyday, great hygiene, and most of all providing excellent quality customer service. I mentioned the things I look for in regards to customer service over the phone for (AER) Acknowledgement, Empathy, and Reassurance and I also spoke with Wes over the phone before arriving and he's phenomenal.I got the Samsung S23 Ultra today and I'm most definitely estatic and well taken care of for all of my needs.Wes, thanks again for your help and have a happy new year. #2024????”
