My 2016 Hyundai Elantra hasn’t looked this good since it’s been off the lot. They told me five days and they got the parts ordered and the labor done in five days and even helped with the rental car service! If you want top notch customer service and great communication this is the place to get body work done I promise! I have never written reviews before but this place got me too!”

“The price was good and the $100 off my deductible was appreciated. Unfortunately, they didn’t test the windshield wiper adjustment after the job was done. It rained a couple of days after the replacement and the driver side wiper was hitting the car frame. It was frustrating that what would seem like a standard part of the process for a shop that does this kind of work exclusively would have missed this. I ended up having to remove the wiper myself and make the adjustment. A minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things, but it leaves a bad and frustrating taste in your mouth after spending hundreds of dollars on a repair. However, Rock Doc made it right by offering additional services to make up for the initial oversight. I appreciated Rock Doc’s effort to ensure that my experience was a positive one in the end.”

“I used place located in Sandy for emission and car wash. Great customer service, a guy, who served me( didn’t get his name) was polite, efficient, fast, answered all the questions. Car wash station was clean, filled with clean clothes and windex supply. I saw another guy who was checking on it to be sure that windex bottles are filled up and dirty/wet clothes are removed from the bin. I was very satisfied with the service. Will definitely go back.”

“I got my windshield replaced in Logan several weeks ago and hadn't driven at freeway speeds until today. While on the freeway, one of the windshield side pieces came loose and started flipping up and down. I Googled for the nearest Safelite. Trevor was extremely helpful. He came out and looked at it and was able to give me all kinds of information about those side pieces. He snapped it back into place and even checked the other side as well.”
“Some up and down experiences posted here. I will share mine. I got a small rock chip in my windshield on Wednesday. Booked an appointment for Saturday at 8 AM. Received a video link through text the day before with directions which was helpful. The video mentioned to arrive approximately 10 minutes early. Got there at 7:52 AM. Car was being worked on by 7:56 AM.There was a man who checked me in and woman who may have done the actual service, she was the one who returned my vehicle and keys. Both were polite. No problems. I got frequent text messages with updates which I imagine would be helpful if I left. I did not however because the video from the night before mentioned my repair should take 30 minutes or less.The lobby was spacious and clean. There were large, plush black chairs to sit in. Very comfortable, better than other similar experiences/places. There was a unisex bathroom, which I did not use. There was also a coffee machine which I did not use. No one was there since it was an 8 AM appointment on Saturday.Rock chip repair looked good, as good as it can be. This was not my first rock chip repair so I understand the glass will not be blemish free after. This was also explained by the guy who checked me in.I was back in my car at 8:11 AM.Overall very satisfied with the service. Super simple and fast.”
