Many customers report excellent customer service, with staff described as going above and beyond, being considerate, and providing great communication. Some experiences are very good, with fast service that finishes earlier than promised and overall satisfaction with the work. The store itself is noted as great.
However, some negative experiences involve frustrations with the company's processes. Difficulties include not being able to call the store directly, an automated phone system described as a hassle, and problems with refund processing timelines that can turn a good repair experience bad. These issues have led some customers to state they will not return.
Aidan was super helpful and informative. He repaired the chip in my windshield super quickly and gave some great advice on an issue I had with my cabin air filter.

Fantastic service, the rock chip repair was handled very quickly. The repair itself is perfect, you can’t even see where the chip was. Thanks again.

Honestly the team here was kind, clear, and completed great quality work. I even witnessed unsavory people come here and give them attitude, they handled it with grace and dignity. I would come to this location again if I need more work done.
