“This is, without a doubt a top tier crew offering top tier service. I accidentally called them instead of Safelite and that was the happiest little accident I could have made. These guys quoted me a price far below Safelite, they made an appointment the next day. We're ready for me when I got there. Finished the work in 30 minutes. And they offer a comprehensive warranty on the glass they put in. I drove with a broken windshield for YEARS because I couldn't find anybody who would do the work reasonably and quickly. Cascade glass said they needed the car for a week to replace it, Rock Doc had it down in 30 minutes. Safelite jerked me around and wouldn't give me a day or time to get it fixed at all!
The owner seems like a great guy, every member of the crew is friendly and you can tell they actually like working there. If nothing else, get the work done here and support good people at a local business. They deserve it, and they will treat you right.
Also they have a lizard in the main office area and that's rad.”
“Your insurance company will push you toward Safelite. Don't fall for it. When I called them, they were 10 days out. Expert Auto Glass? Next day appointment.
The tech who came out was genuinely one of the nicest people I've dealt with in any service industry. Replaced my windshield quickly and the work was flawless. I had new wiper blades on hand and they installed them for me at no charge. Meanwhile, Safelite makes a huge production about wipers and hits you with a $50 upsell. That kind of annoying add-on nonsense is exactly why companies like Expert stand out.
Then Murphy's Law struck—3 weeks later, a rock hit my brand new windshield. I didn't even hesitate, I called Expert back immediately.
They had me fixed up in 15 minutes. This wasn't a tiny chip either (I have before/after photos), but you can barely tell it was ever there. Excellent repair work.
These guys are the real deal. Daimon the owner actually answers the phone and talks to customers—imagine that. They clearly care about service, not just moving people through like an assembly line.
Do yourself a favor and call Expert Auto Glass. You'll thank yourself later.”

My 2016 Hyundai Elantra hasn’t looked this good since it’s been off the lot. They told me five days and they got the parts ordered and the labor done in five days and even helped with the rental car service! If you want top notch customer service and great communication this is the place to get body work done I promise! I have never written reviews before but this place got me too!”

Car wash station was clean, filled with clean clothes and windex supply. My car needed repairs before the new windshield could be replaced but I didn't know this before I came to them. They were able to recommend an auto body shop to do the welding needed, arranged for them to pick up my vehicle and then did a mobile replacement of my windshield at the auto body shop. They even gave me a ride home because I couldn't safely drive my car!
I came back to have a different car's windshield replaced and had the same great experience.”
