“Starting off I am not a monthly membership holder, I prefer the touchless car washes. But went through since it’s close to my office. After I went through and got to my office I noticed some light scratches on my car. Chandler reviewed my claim and said he damage wasn’t consistent with their machines but still took care of the scratches. He understands what goes around comes around. He went above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of even though he didn’t have to lift a finger! If Mister car washes hires people like chandler then this company will thrive! You’ve won my business that’s for sure!”
