“Five below has a lot of stuff. I got my headphones when they work pretty well. I had them for over four months and they work pretty good and they have good squishes there and good shirts and they used to have dumplings. Now they don’t five stars.”
“First time at the West Jordan location, normally I go to either Sandy or Draper location. This location was much less crowded and prices clearly marked. There is less variety here, but they had what I needed. No complaints”

It be nice if they would go focus on the check out lines and hiring people that can scan way faster. I've waited so long before. I just up and left. I've seen a few people also. But this store. “Shout out to employee (possibly a manager?), Evelyn at the Taylorsville, Utah Value Vault! She went above and beyond by helping me when I called the store thinking I was missing something from what I bought in store today. She pulled receipts & video & even sent it to me. She was so amazing and deserves a raise! She has excellent customer service and communication skills! What a fun store! I will definitely be back and I hope management gives Evelyn the biggest raise ever for going above and beyond!”

She asked if there was anything she can help us find and told us about the new items. It's great to see customer service in a time like these when it's basically non-existent anymore.
