This branch has the best customer service. Every time I come in the team always greets me quickly and I can get in and out of there. Ben personal helps me with my finances and is always super friendly and helpful and will take the time to explain personal benefits and services. Thank you Ben and Team!

Was the only person in the drive through and nobody inside. And it took more than 10 minutes to get my money deposited. Is worst customer service ever!!!

Our old go to location was the Murray location and they were great but now our go to spot is this particular draper location & these people are great! Melanie has been awesome to work with along many others! Their great personalities and understanding of times being a tad rough right now speaks in volumes! Thanks for making our days brighter than before, we appreciate it! :)

Update: They say they have escalated it now. Seems like they are trying to help more now. We will see if it gets unfrozen.Do not ever bank with KeyBank. I'm not just talking about this branch but the whole company. Use America First Credit Union or put your money in a piggy bank at home. I've been frozen out of my account for over a week. I've asked them to expedite my account and they haven't. I call them and they say they will call back and they never do. As soon as my case is resolved I'm closing all of my KeyBank accounts. All of my bill pay is setup from this account and no one has even looked at it. Apparently only one person can look at it from their headquarters fraud department and they have been MIA.I've explained to them what happened and this case is so cut and dry it should've been resolved in an hour or less. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic customer service for a great customer of over 15 years. What good is a bank if you can't use your money? Give me my money back. I'm done with this bank!

What a joke... called customer service twice after opening a new account and contacted live chat multiple times. They never sent me a debit card and frankly I don't think they care. Do not put your money in this bank. If you lose card don't worry you will never get a new one or a first one for that matter clearly. I Waited almost 2 months for a debit card that never came and triple checked my address was correct with them..

This branch is terrible. They don’t return your phone calls and don’t even answer the phone half the time.If you are coming in for a promotion, they don’t even give you that.

I would give them 0 star if I could. Came to the branch to close my account. The clerk Marly did not notify me I need to pay for a check to transfer my money out before closing my account even when I specifically asked her if I need to pay any fees. Then, she told me she can give cash to avoid check fees. Come on, take that amount of money around is risky. Don't they even consider the customer???? Through the entire process, not a single word of sorry from her. Totally disappointed.

Employees are not familiar enough with products. No one disclosed the $50 annual fee for the HELOC. And when I called to complain they said I was in danger of losing the quarter-point discount because I didn't have activity in my savings and checking accounts. But it was that same employee who told me I could get a quarter-point discount if I simply opened up those accounts. Never explained the details. I asked another employee if there was a requirement to live in the home for one year after taking an advance on the HELOC and they said no it was only a requirement to be a full-time resident at the time you apply for the loan. When I read through the loan documents that was not correct. Then I was planning to use these funds for a down payment on another property and as I was going through several loan applications keybank caught wind of it and locked my heloc - it was a real pain it took at least a week if not more to unlock it. Basically unknowledgeable employees and a bit of a pain to work with this bank.

Came in to open an account quite a while ago. Wouldn't open it without another bank account number. I have a representative payee so don't have the numbers. I walked a mile for nothing.Question: What kind of documentation is acceptable to open an account?

Always a wait. Never enough tellers working. And if you're going to be open on a Saturday have more than one person working the front. I work doubles almost always monday to Friday and I work saturday mornings at 10. Almost the only time I can deposit is on Saturdays and I can't even deposit sometimes because I only have a few minutes to stop in. I understand having to wait sometimes. But it is constant here and not helpful at all.

Atm looked like it was working so i went to use it then it said it was out of order and ate my card will never recommend this bank to anyone since they can't put the out of service screen up to tell people it's out of order would put 0 stars if I could

We can't give this location a good review, unfortunately. After we signed up for a promotional offer the branch manager gave us a follow-up call and we specifically asked if there was anything else we needed to do. She told us there was nothing else we needed to do.
