  Went in to talk about a business account. Asked where the restroom was and was directed to Trader Joe’s. I guess you won’t be getting my loc. lol

  Just at the branch on 114000 s state street been with key bank for 15 years done the same transaction on my account 2 times a month for 14 years and the teller or financial wellness person said she can’t. Crazy with out even looking up the account or doing anything. I like Key Bank but would not recommend that branch... read full comment

  Crummy tiny little branch right on one of the busiest intersections in the whole valley. Difficult to find a parking spot. Difficult to maneuver the lot.
  The employee I spoke to was extremely dismissive, condescending and rude.
  
  I hope to NEVER have a need to visit this location.
