Please please stop pushing customers to do your credit card or rewards program if they are not interested. The cashier was nice but even after I said no 2-3 times she kept trying to sell me.

What has happened to thus store?
Inventory in the men's department and the shoe department is very low, and the inventory that there is is limited in sizes. Pants available in 29 to 34 inch waists?
The shoe department looks like it's put of business. And both these departments are trashed...it's obvious no one has straighted their inventory for days or maybe weeks...they're a mess.
Very disappointing. It's not surprising that Kohls is suffering.

I would give five stars, but the Amazon return experience is a little slow. The employees were really friendly though, and we’re definitely doing their best. The employees are great here, the selection is great, you might even get lucky and not have to wait to do your Amazon returns.

Susan at Draper in returns is the most rudest person I have ever met at kohls!!!! I have been shopping at this store for years and spend thousands of dollars here every year! I asked nicely if I could check out at the desk because there was about 15 people standing in line and I had an appointment to get to and she said no! There was nobody in line! Nobody!!!! She called me rude and said how would I like it when f I was standing in line behind the 15 people!?! She went on and on and on!!! I had to tell her to stop badgering me why'll she checked me out thanks to Abby telling her to do so!!!!! Thanks Abby!
This Susan needs further training for customer service if she’s going to be at that desk. She’s an awful person.
Other times I’ve been there for a return she has been horrible then too. She acts old and tired of her job!!! I won’t be going back to Draper kohls!!!!
