“Jesus went above and beyond helping me in a way I'll always remember. I walked into the store about 5 minutes before close, aware I was probably disrupting the employees' evening plans. My phone had a battery issue and it died completely beforehand. I had no idea where I was going, but happened to see the sign for the store while driving home, so I decided to stop to see if they could help me. They took the time to help get a repair scheduled for my phone, and also helped me purchase a prepaid phone to help me get by until I could get my phone fixed. Jesus left no stone unturned when trying to help me. They could have easily just asked me to come back the next day, but they took the time to help me, and without them I would've been a lot worse off, but thanks to their kindness and helpfulness, I was able to walk out of that store with a smile, knowing I got the help I needed. “When I bought my phone a couple of years ago, I had Tricked Out add their screen protector with its guarantee. I have had to replace the protector twice, which they do for the cost of the new cover. They also have a great selection of accessories.”

“Go see Jared at this Official AT&T location. He just helped me upgrade all 4 iPhones on my family plan to the new 17’s. He had us out the door with fully restored iPhones in roughly 45mins. Something that took us 3 hours and trips to multiple locations the last time we did this. AT&T’s transferring process is better now than it was but Jared made it so fast it was almost too good to be true. So next time you’re in this store, ask for Jared.”

This helped because the business who holds the account with AT&T that i was porting from overly complicated things and without Heidi it would have been very frustrating. She had 4 customer by herself at once but juggled us so effortlessly everyone left having their questions/supported needed resolved and in a gppd mood.”

“December 12, 2025 I went into the AT&T store to get some things resolved. Those issues were resolved plus other things were resolved that I was not aware of that needed attention. Marcelo was the one that helped me. He was very kind professional and cared about his customer. My husband also went in with me just to be there to help see me through the issues with Marcelo fortunately My Husband also received additional help with some things and issues of his concern and the reason he received the help is because Marcelo asked him if he needed any thingwhen we first went in My Husband didn’t think he needed any help with anything but he ended up getting help from Marcelo. He is excellent and should be commended for his service. I give him a five for the review. Thank you.”

“I came here to upgrade my phones and Jenny was amazing! She helped my and my family upgrade to the new IPhone 17 and helped us pick which one was best. We ended up getting one of the pro max, and then two of the regulars. She also helped us sign up for the new Wi-Fi options. We had to come back to the store a few times to turn in old phones and pick up new ones and each time Jenny was amazing. I would happily go out of my way to go here just for her.
