“I had a very unique situation where I got my phone and wallet stolen. Took roughly 24 hours to get a new phone shipped and set up. The whole team at this location was extremely patient and above and beyond. Ashton, Abby, Nick, Devon, Tanner and Sierra offered me the highest quality of customer care. Another T-Mobile location was not very helpful however this location and its team went above and beyond. Team is on 10!”

“Ramon, the manager is really great. Unlike most males, he is fantastic at multi-tasking. He was following up with others in the queue and kept all transactions moving smoothly. And I'm not even a Verizon customer! I paid ~$30 bucks for them to transfer data from my old Samsung S8 to my new phone, a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. And they synched my Samsung Smart Watch 6. Cheap at twice the price. I'm 69 and don't set up and transfer phones very often. It was worth the money and I found it very entertaining as well. Thank you, Ramon!”

Chris reviewed our plan, answered all my questions and then some, and helped reorganize our plan based on need.Additionally, as I waited for my “turn at bat” so to speak, I witnessed Chris walk each customer he assisted, not only to the door, but opened it for them as they left.A gentleman and true professional!”
