Not only are they really kind and helpful, they go above and beyond to look at your plan and do everything in their power to help you get the most out of your service. Plans change periodically, and the staff here will help you get the most bang for your buck. After a trip to this location to upgrade 2 of our phones, we walked out with a new phone bill for upgraded service paying substantially less than we were paying before, and that's even with the 2 new phones added to our account! Your mileage may vary, but the staff here wants to help, and will do everything they can to do so.”
