Customer service, by the long term and experienced staff, has always great. They are not only pleasant, but very insightful. Any new staff members have excellent mentors to look up to and follow their lead.

I love the in store clinic for shots. I have a very fearful rescue who was traumatized by having major surgery at the vet a few years ago. He still requires some tranquilizers to go into buildings but he likes petco way more than the vet. This is my second petco vetco vaccination experience with him (different locations) and everyone was so kind to him and understanding. He shakes like a leaf but he got through it and left the building feeling like Rocky! Thank you guys.

I have several pets, loved pets, that items that I routinely use for caring for my pets happen to be on sale. Which was a financial blessing. The staff member was extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful and professional.

Store is kept clean, but last 2 times I’ve been here, there was a different girl at the counter each time, both looking like they’re about to fall asleep at the checkout counter. When I got there to checkout, no hello, no goodbye, no thank you, and only 1 of them asked if I had a phone number (I do). Customer service can really impact the way I look at a store, and I’m not very impressed.

It was a really nice clean store, but the vetco employees were very unprofessional and unorganized. The girl was new, but it got very frustrating trying to explain to her what I needed done multiple times. But she was very sweet and I hope her training continues and she does great!

Taking a trip to petco, made me remember why I don’t go to petco. Their selection of dog food is so sparse I couldnt find even one of the three bags I needed. Left empty handed because they are trash and am off to Petsmart!
