Shana at the 351 W 12300 S location in Draper went above and beyond in a way that genuinely impressed me. There was an issue with an incorrect address on a shipment, and instead of just flagging it, she took the initiative to do some detective work to figure out the likely correct destination. She then called me directly to confirm and made sure my packages got where they needed to go.
That level of care, ownership, and follow-through is rare. On top of that, she was incredibly kind and lovely on the phone, her energy honestly brightened my day.

“PostNet went above and beyond in helping me. My mom passed away and I was digging through boxes looking for photos to display at her funeral. I was in a time crunch and needed her old photographs digitized to create high-quality digital copies.
When I called PostNet they were very accommodating and said they could do a quick turnaround.
When I went to the store Linda (owner) helped me. She was patient with me as I wasn't very organized. She scanned a couple while I was there to show me the quality. When I left she gave me her personal number in case I needed anything else. Who does that!?!
