“This afternoon I received a shipping label for a defective piece of equipment I needed to return to the manufacturer. I popped it in a box with lots of packing, taped it up and slapped the label on. Off to FedEx I went, not anticipating a pleasant experience from some of the other shipping places I've visited. What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.”

“I love this little post office. The staff are so friendly, I especially love when I get to see Pearlina. Sometimes the lines here can be long but it usually moves fast, and even when the line is long, the staff are always patient and friendly, and helpful.”

“I always prefer coming here to do my Amazon returns, plenty of parking and depending on time. It’s rarely busy especially with the self kiosk (very helpful!) Tristan helped me on my last visit and was great. Keep smiling :)”
