T.J. Maxx is a large off-price retailer offering an ever-changing selection of high-quality, brand name and designer fashions at amazing value. The store is jam-packed with crazy good bargains, and it's always fun to see what new stuff they've received. Customers report awesome and excellent customer service, feeling appreciated and valued. However, some note the men's section is lacking with lots of mediocre clothing, and other areas can seem a bit of a mess. Some shoppers report finding broken items in seasonal decor and kitchen sections, advising others to thoroughly examine items before buying. Despite this, many find very good value on specific products.

I came in to grab some dog toys and treats, and ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Josh absolutely made my day, he was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. It’s refreshing to see people who have a genuine passion for going above and beyond. 10/10.

Men's section is lacking. Lots of mediocre clothing. Of your looking for jeans and a T-shirt, you'll have more options. The rest of the store seemed a bit of a mess
