“Had the pleasure of finding Kevin and the guys here back in January when the reverse in my F150 went out. Unfortunately I needed a rebuild but they got the job done in just 3 days and for about $2k less then a new out of the box transmission from Ford. Just a few weeks ago started getting some electrical trouble codes related to the output speed sensor and make the mistake of taking it to the dealer for a diagnosis. Of which they just threw up their hands and quoted me a complete transmission replacement $5500. Took the truck back to Kevin to have a look and found some wires in the engine compartment where the 14 year old insulation had just fallen away and were most likely grounding out and he replaced the output speed sensor for good measure $150 and only took him a few hours to find and correct the issue. They didn't try to upsell me on anything and they told me how it was and what the best course of action was to take. “My wife is out in Utah visiting family and the plastic undercarriage on our Toyota Camry snapped and was hanging. She went to Toyota auto body and paint and had a horrible experience. She was treated poorly and told she would have to wait two to three weeks and they could draft an estimate ( for a few clips to snap it back up) she called me distraught, within minutes I called GT and had her on the way there. GT was extremely kind sympathetic and had the car up within minutes of arrival. Not even 5 minutes later we had new clips and the undercarriage was secure! GT is fast reliable and honest. Will be our go to when in state and family that lives close have been recommended here! Great job”
