“This place was the best to work with. I came in with some minor bumper damage and just needed some help getting it reattached. Saysha was really nice and upon seeing the (minimal) extent of the repair, was committed to getting it fixed on the spot. When she needed an extra hand, she was able to snag a tech, Jorge, to come help. The two of them were able to get it in place and me on my way within 15 minutes of my arrival. “I brought my 2017 Toyota Highlander AWD in here after I hit a large metallic object that fell off another vehicle and completely damaged my front fender. Karl Malone Toyota body shop was able to work with my insurance and we got a new bumper on, plus they helped me with a new battery I had put on myself (a diehard Platinum AGM for the stop/start technology). They fixed my battery that was supposed to fit with some copper and I really appreciated it.Dustin C. was also very helpful and courteous in explaining the time it would take to fix the vehicle and in letting me know when it was ready.
