“I brought my vehicle in for Service B, which includes a full brake inspection. I was told everything passed and was not informed of any brake wear or concerns.
Immediately after the service, I began experiencing what appears to be metal-on-metal brake contact, which is a serious safety issue and should have been identified during the inspection.
I contacted the service department manager via email to raise my concerns and never received a response.
This experience has left me questioning whether the inspection was performed thoroughly and whether my vehicle was handled properly while in their care. I expected better communication and accountability, especially given the safety implications.
Mike, the service department manager called me not even 24hours after I expressed my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure service met standards when I returned. It was a pleasure dealing with Mike. Thank you.”

“Mike and Gage were awesome! Had them install a Bakflip MX4 on my 2022 Honda Ridgeline. They suggested it due to the quality, and RealTruck had a sale. Went with that since having them install it doubles the warranty.
Turned out the Ridgeline is a little more complicated to work with, but they did a fantastic job! Highly recommend them!”

“I recently bought a new Nautique here. They had exactly what I wanted so I made the drive up from St. George to get it. I was able to negotiate a fair deal over the phone and went to pick it up. When I got to the dealership Hayden had it all ready to go. He even had my favorite tunes playing. He gave me the rundown on everything and made sure I was confident when I pulled away. The paperwork was quick and easy and exactly how it was discussed. The guys in the pro shop got me hooked up with everything I wanted, and needed to make sure that if the water cops stop me that I am covered. Hayden has reached out numerous times to see if I have any questions and to make sure I am loving my new boat. I couldn’t recommend their entire team enough!”
“My personal heartbreak that my car had to be totaled however the entire staff explained and walked me through the process.
