“Hired Jake’s Auto & Truck Repair (in Draper) to perform a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. The depth of what they tested, and the detailed PICTURES and analysis, and post inspection explanation, system by system—was so unexpected. I walked out with a 6 page detailed report. I was amazed. Couldn’t be more pleased.”
“I brought my vehicle in for Service B, which includes a full brake inspection. I was told everything passed and was not informed of any brake wear or concerns.
Immediately after the service, I began experiencing what appears to be metal-on-metal brake contact, which is a serious safety issue and should have been identified during the inspection.
I contacted the service department manager via email to raise my concerns and never received a response.
This experience has left me questioning whether the inspection was performed thoroughly and whether my vehicle was handled properly while in their care. I expected better communication and accountability, especially given the safety implications.
Mike, the service department manager called me not even 24hours after I expressed my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure service met standards when I returned. It was a pleasure dealing with Mike. Thank you.”

“Dodge quoted me over $1,100 dollars to get my cv axel replaced, I called the nearest shop I saw on maps and they quoted me $220, got me in right away and it was done same day. The service advisor was very friendly and the work was done well. Will be going back for all my needs.”

“I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Edge Powersports. We bought a small electric dirt bike for my son to race on. Collin and Brandon in sales were great to work with and recommended a more cost effective bike option for us. Rob in service was very helpful and went over every aspect of the bike with me.
Unfortunately the bike had some issues right when we got it home. It is a brand new bike so I called Edge and they had me bring it back down. After a couple days of working on it they ended up working with the manufacturer to swap out the bike. The service was wonderful. My son is going to love racing this bike and edge has a customer for life. Great job Edge Powersports.”

Today, I had a flat that Costco just shrugged that they dont time until Thursday, for tires that was bought at Costco.
But despite being busy and out of appointment, Hillside got the car in and tire fixed (free of charge).
Not buying tires ever again at Costco. Moving my business to Hillside, just based on their service.”

“My personal heartbreak that my car had to be totaled however the entire staff explained and walked me through the process. It started with Callie making sure before a holiday my car was able to be towed to their shop. Then when my Pomeranian Gator came in with me all the staff had the best attitudes around. Personal shout out to Nic Blomquist for explaining and understanding my situation.

Damian was wonderful. I took my car in to get my brakes replaced and new tires. He told me that it was going to be 3-4 hours to complete the work on my car. He offered to drive me to my house so I didn't have to wait at the shop. He even came and picked me up at my house when my car was finished.
I will definitely come back to Big O Tires for any of my automotive repair needs.”
