I was having trouble sending a letter overseas. Gator was very helpful and patient with me. She gave me the information I needed to resolve my situation. Thanks Gator! Side note - while I was there, the other two postal workers were also very friendly and cheerful with the customers. My overall experience was quite good!

I arrived early in the morning because one of my packages had been returned to the post office, the delivery man had not been able to deliver it, I ran into Dina at the counter, and in a matter of a couple of minutes, she solved my problem and found my package, really good person and friendly, very efficient service

I was helping my 91 year old grandma with an out of state address change. Nothing was easy until we met Gator. She was so helpful, kind and efficient. Trent kept the line moving efficiently while Gator was helping us. Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience for me and Grandma!
