We called to upgrade, but now it seems like we have more slowing issues when streaming a movie or surfing the net. Not sure we should have went from 15 to 25, we will see how it goes. Customer service is great and we have been a customer for a long time

I have been having issues with my routers (TP Link Deco's, they were 5 months old when i started having issues with them and the TP Link Co kept blaming it on my ISP) and Richard from UBB was so kind, helpful and understanding. He walked me through how to do the tests the TP Link company wanted done, he spent quite a bit time over a few days helping me get this done so I could warranty defective router's, he was very responsive over email and phone, he called me with in a short time after submitting an email request and asked if I was available to troubleshoot, he was knowledgeable and patient in walking me through all the testing.Truly appreciate him being a good human!

After dealing with Comcast and there issues for years I decided to switch to Utah broadband. The entire experience so far has been positive! Amy was super helpful with answering all my questions and getting the appointment scheduled and then when Jacob came out to do the install was very helpful and explained everything extremely well so I knew exactly what was going on. I have had no issues and better service then Comcast would definitely recommend!

Our experience, and our community's experience has been less than stellar as of late. We live in a newer subdivision in Lehi. And when we moved in, had limited choices for our ISP.Initially, the service was as advertised, with little to no outages. The technicians were also incredibly friendly and helpful. However as of late, our entire community has complained about slow speeds, throttling, and the occasional outage. The bandwidth is so poor that while streaming a UHD video from YouTube, our iPhones will automatically switch to cellular, having determined it to be a faster and more stable connection. That doesn't sound like a 1gb connection to me. It appears that certain services are being throttled quite heavily.To top it all off, UBB has been entirely unresponsive when contacted through their provided email address. I'm aware that I could call about the issue, but it's still quite disappointing that my emails haven't even been met with confirmation of receipt.

Our speed dropped to where it is unusable and I contacted them and they said that their tower was frozen because it is cold in Utah and they couldn’t say when it would be restored. Because, you know, it is cold in Utah. UTAH broadband should have a contingency for cold and snow in Utah. I suppose they will be operational sometime in the Spring. Pathetic. It looks like Stsrlink is the answer for us.

UPDATED: Their customer and technical support is truly as good as they come and helped get my issue resolved. Hoping it is fixed for good. 5 stars for now.
