We called to upgrade, but now it seems like we have more slowing issues when streaming a movie or surfing the net. Not sure we should have went from 15 to 25, we will see how it goes. Customer service is great and we have been a customer for a long time

the service was awesome. We had to check to find out if HOA approval was needed and when I found out, the installer came back and did the installation fast. thank you!
