“Stopped in to get my tires checked. Didn't even have to get out of my car. Pull right up in front of the door with the air compressor somebody comes out and checks all my tires. In California this place is called America's tire store. I have many stories and reasons why discount tire is the only place I will ever buy tires from and believe me I got a duzy. These people know what customer service is and they know my time is valuable. These people take great care of you. And the tire prices can't be beat. I believe the last time I got all four tires changed brand new lo profile tires trusted brand and great quality for $250 4 years ago beat that! And they don't try to upsell or screw you over stupid crap like having the audacity of needing them mounted on your rims that's another 50 bucks per tire! Or you need valve stems? No I'll use a piece of gum to hold the are in. That's another 20 each Yeah you know what tire stores I'm talking about. I promise you even if their tires were more expensive than someplace else I will not do business with anybody else but discount tire. They are good people! They got your back for life! ?”

I had a couple things wrong with my car and they gave me a detailed explanation about what was going and what they were seeing. They even showed it to me in the back so I wouldn’t have to just take their word for it. They were both very kind and understanding through the whole thing and I didn’t feel like they were condescending at all like I’ve seen at other places. They quoted me some parts (not cheap, but not too expensive either). Thanks for the great service guys!”
