“Could not be more impressed with BTI from start to finish they have exceeded my expectations. After running over a giant pothole twice I instantly knew something was wrong. Come to find out 2 of my Audi wheels were completely bent 1 was slightly bent. Dealer wanted 4k to replace them. I didn’t even know wheels could be bent back into shape. Luckily I was referred to BTI. Saved me thousands of dollars!!From the first time I walked in the door Jennifer was there and answered all of my questions and went out of her way to accommodate a day/time and plan for drop off and pick up.
