7:30 and one checker . If you are buying a large cart full of items self check is a pain. The line was really long . Next time I will just use that extra time to drive someplace cheaper. The employees are nice but there is just not enough of them.

One time, I came into this store and the cashier told me, “the sexuality of frogs is actually really interesting when you study about it”. I was confused at first, but as I looked down, I noticed that my shirt said “they’re putting chemicals in the water that are turning the freaking frogs gay”. Then I understood and realized that the customer service here is amazing. Zack signing off.

I know it's hard to find good employees, but y'all might be better off shutting down! The only employee that seems to care at all is the lady that I see stocking the the produce in the evening! Most the employees there are generally rude, not interested in helping find anything! I actually had one tell my daughter that he had no clue where to find sloppy Joe sauce. That's going to be the last straw for me! I left my items there, and walked out. I will never step foot in that place ever again!! Luckily Macy's is not far up the road!

I dont know. Google asks for a review, but I think I've reviewed this store enough. Its fine. It's not ghetto like that Maceys in city center.

One star is nice considering that every time I go to this store, the meat is always rotten, and the doughnut have mold on them. That's right. I bought my kids some doughnuts to surprise them for a nice tasty treat and to find out that the doughnuts that came from the bakery had mold underneath the doughnuts My kids and I were so disappointed. I just wanted to give them a small treat, and that happened. Times are hard, and they didn't get anything else and had to go without because of the poor workmanship. Shame on you for not giving the customers a good quality of food. This store needs to be closed down for the unprofessional service and poor quality foods.

Their meats are often rotten. I have bought multiple times here and the meats go bad within the same day or the next day. The entire meat department also has a weird smell.

I usually find everything I want at Ridley, which can not be said about the other 2 huge food stores in the area... However, I am forced to mention this again! I have 3 separate mobility issues and NEED an electric cart. For some reason Ridleys makes NO effort that I can tell to plug them in and/or repair as needed - at the Saratoga Springs location.

I love ridleys its one of my favorite grocery stores. It's a little pricey. But when they do the case lot sales it saves a lot of money!
